Java and related web technologies. At its core are a team
of 4 highly qualified and skilled software developers.
While our qualifications and experience vary greatly, our
shared focus on emerging web technologies has brought us
together to create a unique blend of talent capable of
tackling all angles of today's emerging e-business world.

A Brief History:
1996 : Portal Australia formed by 2 Graduates as part of
the University of Adelaide's 'Business Initiative from Graduates'
(BIG) Scheme.
1998 : Portal Australia grew to a size of 4, with the addition of a
Masters of Computer Science graduate from the University of Adelaide,
who brought with him twenty years experience in designing and building
enterprise systems.
2000 : While still providing consulting and development in Java,
Portal commences work on project cherrywood.
2001 - 2008: Project Cherrywood, (and XML based language for web applications) isused at the core of a number of large internet applications, mostly in the health industry.
